When Lotti first joined, she felt stuck.

She’d always struggled to shift her “mum tum” and felt like she had tried everything—with little to no lasting change.

Over time, she had started to believe:

“This is just how my body is now.”

What We Found

After digging a little deeper, the real issue became clear:

Lotti hadn’t been prioritising herself.

Like many mums, her time, energy, and focus had been going to everyone else first.

And while that’s completely natural, it often means:

  • Your own health takes a back seat

  • Your confidence drops

  • You lose structure and routine

🔄 The Shift

This year, Lotti made a decision:

It was time to put herself first again.

🟢 The Approach

We didn’t overcomplicate things.

We focused on the basics:

  • Calories – creating a simple, manageable structure

  • Protein – Building muscle aswell as keeping stomach full

  • Step count – increasing daily activity

Alongside home sessions, this gave her a routine that actually fit her life.

📉 The Result

Lotti has now:

  • Reached her goal weight

  • Improved her confidence

  • Built a better understanding of how to manage her nutrition

🍽️ Real Life Included

Importantly, this wasn’t about being perfect.

  • She wasn’t 100% consistent (no one is)

  • She had off days (completely normal)

  • She still attended social events

But this time, she learned how to manage them—without losing progress.

🔁 What Happens Next

Reaching a goal is one thing.

Maintaining it is what really matters.

Now the focus shifts to:

  • Maintaining her results

  • Building long-term habits

  • Learning how to manage everyday life without reverting back

🧠 Why This Matters

This is where many people struggle.

They focus only on losing weight—but never learn how to maintain it.

That’s often why people regain weight after programmes that don’t teach long-term habits.

💬 Takeaway

Real progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having a structure you can return to—even when life gets busy.

👉 If this sounds familiar

If you’re a busy parent who feels like you’ve put yourself last for too long:

It might be time to change that.

Book a consultation and we’ll build a plan that works around your life—not against it.
